Green Foliage Likes Low Light, Blue Foliage Likes Full Sun

Senecio (se-NEE-see-o): This succulent genus features a high diversity of shapes and growth habits. Typical colors are shades of blue, green, and cream. They are grown for the foliage rather than the blooms; we recommend cutting off the blooms to keep the plants looking tidy. Hardiness is officially rated down to zone 9 (20 F), but we have seen them survive as low as 18 F. Includes the wildly popular String of Pearls.
