ZZ Plant 'Zenzi' (Zamioculcas zamiifolia): A large, easy houseplant with waxy, dark green leaflets on arching stems. This is a slow grower, but it tolerates very low light better than most plants. However, for it to thrive and grow, put it in a very well-lit place while avoiding direct sunlight. Fresh leaves start out bright green and darken with time.
ZZ Plant grows best in well-drained soil that dries between waterings. Feed once a year with a slow-release fertilizer. Not pet-safe and needs less water during winter dormancy. Can reach a mature size of 2-3 feet, creating a dramatic accent for office spaces, living rooms, and even low-light bathrooms.
