Kerria japonica 'Picta': Japanese Kerria. Variegated Kerria. Narrow toothed green leaves edged in white. Low growing shrub with a dense, twiggy habit. Lovely large golden flowers April and May. Blooms on previous year's wood, so prune after flowering in spring. Deciduous. Tolerates drought, clay soil,dry soil and wet soil. Part shade to full shade.
