FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSION: The heatpack is excluded from the $45+ free shipping calculation. Adding this product to an order will not count towards the $45 minimum.
When to add a heat pack:
Succulent & cacti orders only. Plants tagged [houseplant] already include free heat packs when required.
If you expect high temperatures to dip below 40 degrees or low temperatures to dip below 25 degrees at any time in the next week, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order. If temperatures end up being warmer, don't worry! Your plants will not be harmed by the heat pack as they release steady heat only and will not "cook" or "scorch" your plants in any way.
PLEASE NOTE: You may receive a 72 hour or 96 hour shipping warmer depending on transit time. Price includes handling cost for special packing and activating.
