Highlights
Moonstones (Pachyphytum oviferum) (Purpus): A glaucous succulent of adorably chubby leaves. The thick leaves can be silvery blue to lavender and have a thick, powdery coating of natural wax. This loose rosette can grow stems up to 8.0" long, eventually bending and trailing from containers. It can be kept compact with regular pruning (more info). This species is closely related to P. bracteosum and grows on rocky cliffsides in Mexico. It produces tall bloom stalks with white flowers, each containing a deep burgundy spot.
Soft succulents will not survive a hard frost, but if there is a risk of freezing temperatures they can be brought indoors to grow on a sunny window sill or under a grow light. They need ample sunlight, good drainage, and infrequent water to prevent rot. Pick containers with drainage holes and use well-draining cactus and succulent soil with 50% to 70% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite. Water deeply enough for water to run out the drainage hole, then wait for the soil to fully dry before watering again.

When they come in the mail, however, they're in 2 inch pots so these plants start between 2-4 inches tall and roughly 2 inches wide.
As you can see, P. amboinicus has more narrow leaves that are much more serrated than P. tomentosa. Plectranthus amboinicus leaves also tend to get larger than P. tomentosa's. Unfortunately, as you probably guessed from our product photos, these plants are variable in their appearance.
Their scents are only marginally different with both smelling strongly of camphor. It's also worth noting that Plectranthus is a rather chaotic genus that is not fully settled in the minds of many taxonomists.
From there it's pretty straight forward. Just grow them in a sunny window.

1) Watering issues. Both over and under watering can lighten the colors, but a simple test can distinguish between the two. If the lighter colored leaves are extra squishy and turn to wet mush easily, the issue is over watering. If they feel like the other leaves (and especially if they feel more leathery) then the issue could be under watering.
2) Too little light. This tends to be the most common reason for a lightening of the colors, however, because the new growth is the normal dark green, it's unlikely in this case. This plant does like a lot of light so, if it's not in a south facing window, it can only help to give it more light.
