Climate: Zone 10+ (30F). Protect from frost and heavy rain (what's my zone?)
Where to Grow: Haworthia thrive indoors with indirect sunlight. Avoid placing on south-facing window sills to prevent sunburn
Transplanting: We recommend transplanting within 1-2 weeks. If necessary, plants can stay in original pots for several weeks with proper care
Soil: Use gritty, well-draining soil to promote root growth and minimize rot, e.g. a cactus or succulent potting mix from your local garden center
Watering: Water deeply and only when the soil is completely dry. Actual frequency varies by location, container, soil, and season

Not necessarily. We make all of our sets and trays each week based on the types of succulents that are in peak season. The photos are sample only, but you will get a range of varieties that all fit the theme of the set or tray.

What type of pot do the succulents ship in?

Each of the succulents in this tray comes fully rooted in its own 2" square, plastic grow pot with drainage holes. It's always good plant hygiene to replant into a new pot with well-draining soil (or in the ground if they're hardy in your Grow Zone), but your succulents can stay in the grow pots they arrive in for up to about a month after delivery if necessary.

Unfortunately, we cannot take specific requests in trays or sets, because we make them in bulk each week base on the varieties that are in peak season. Probably not. These plants will already come fully rooted in standard 2" pots. Haworthia plugs would work better and you can find them at the link below.

Succulents need grittier soil than other plants because they are adapted to dry conditions and store water in their leaves. Regular potting soil mixes stay damp for long periods of time, which can cause rot in succulents. Instead, use a sandy, well-draining soil so you can water thoroughly without leaving your succulent in standing water.
