Nursery Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-starting individual to work in our greenhouse and assist with day to day nursery operations including but not limited to succulent propagation and planting, order picking and packaging, quality inspection, special projects, organizing, cleaning, and general plant care.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours/day
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of and personal interest in plants is desirable (but not necessary)
  • Must be dependable and have excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work with a team, take direction, and follow instructions
  • High School Diploma
  • Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 

  • Starting at $16.00 per hour.

Production Manager

Our organization is looking to hire a Production Manager to oversee succulent production at our nursery. The right candidate will be responsible for the daily operations at the facility, including monitoring workers and product quality. The ideal Production Manager has a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a history of creating sustainable solutions for common workplace problems.
This position will encompass numerous responsibilities centered around succulent production at our nursery, including but not limited to crew supervision, project management, plant preparation & organization, greenhouse logistics via forklift, coordinating with the Production Planner, and preparing weekly production meetings.
