Succulents & Sedum

The Succulents (soft & hardy) are grown in plug trays, labeled and placed in an individual bag for shipping. The plants are shipped on the dry side to prevent rotting from occurring during shipment. The plug will arrive with the feeder roots intact, which reduces the transplant shock. When shipped bare root, feeder roots must re-establish. Sedum & Lewisias are shipped growing in containers for easy transplanting. Plants may be slightly wilted upon arrival, but will recover rapidly upon receiving water.

Quantity: Sempervivum: 2 plants = 1 order | Heuffelii: 2 plants = 1 order | Sedum: 1 plant in a 3.5inch container = 1 order.

Perennials

The Perennials are grown & shipped in a special plastic tube that measures 2 ½ inches in diameter and 6 inches in length. The container allows for a root length of six inches and provides extra protection to the plant and roots for shipping. The plant is easily extracted from the container by squeezing the plastic tube, releasing and pushing up on the bottom of the tube.

Shipping: Mountain Crest Garden Products and plants are shipped year around. Orders are shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid plants in transit on the weekends. We ship Fed-Express or UPS, but will ship Priority Mail upon special request.
