As a nurseryman in the Pacific NW. I have purchased a wide range of plants from MountainCrest Gardens. ALL, have been outstanding!
As for the green Xanthoeuff-Heuffelii, I have a few comments.
Anything by Ed Skrocki is worth buying.
Like another light coloured Heuffelii, (Gold Bug) it may be somewhat tempermental to poor soil drainage. These light coloured forms are a must to contrast with the darker ones!
Add pumice/perlite or lava rock to your Heufelii mixes. If you plant a large pot I suggest inserting the cardboard tube of a dead toilet roll and filling it with the forementioned pumice or coarse perlite. Pull out the tube and you have a column of enhanced drainage for your succulents or rock garden plants. Cover with soil, or other finishing material.
