Ground Cover Tile - Hardy Sedum Mix (landscape quality): 20in x 15in x 4in (2in root base, topped with 2in of foliage) open flat contains five to seven varieties of fully rooted Sedum including Spurium, Album, and Reflexum. Roots help form a "tile" that can easily be removed from tray and planted in the ground, on green roofs and living walls. Tile can be used as whole unit or cut apart into smaller chunks.
Plants are low growing or trailing succulents of various color, form, and texture. Easy to grow. Spread rapidly to prevent erosion, inhibit weeds, and cover areas where lawn is difficult to grow.
Photo is sample only. Varieties will vary.

The roots hold the strip together well:
Then we put the strips in grooves in a concrete terrace:
Sempervivum were also used to complement the Sedums---these are great succulents to combine for cold climate yard projects.
